Beautiful apartment with terrace in Banjole

The apartment is in a Mediterranean villa in Banjole bay, very close to the sea and just four kilometres from Pula. It is not far from the well-known Kamenjak nature reserve. It is just 100 metres to the nearest bathing beach.

The apartment has a 20m² terrace.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a WC and shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the other has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. The kitchen provides a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The living room has a TV with satellite reception. Of course there are also air conditioning and heating in all the rooms.

You can use the exclusive whirlpool for up to six people in the garden. The owners live in the house and are always happy to assist with any queries or to arrange entertaining activities on request, such as one-day boat trips to Rovinj and other beautiful places, or sampling of traditional Istrian wine and dishes in charming surroundings. They also hire bicycles and a rowing boat and can arrange motorboat rental. Moorings are available (see supplementary costs). Cots and highchairs can be provided on request. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. The picturesque landscape invites you to go hiking and cycling. The house is by a popular cycle path. Water sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers can find many bays with pebbled and sandy beaches. Owing to the proximity to the sea, you can find the best fish restaurants of the region here. The nearest supermarket is about 500 metres away and a pebbled beach about 100 metres away. The town of Pula is five kilometres away and it is about eight kilometres to the Kamenjak nature reserve.

In the shared outdoor area there is a garden with a barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers. There is ample parking space on the street in front of the house. The site is fenced. The main entrance faces the street and the garden gate provides direct access to the seaside.

    “Hübsche Wohnung in gepflegtem Zustand, gut eingerichtete Küche, Airconditioning in jedem Raum, große Terrasse direkt an ruhiger Meeresbucht. Schöne Aussicht, schöner Garten, top Whirlpool und Ruderboot als Zusatzattraktionen.     “Die Lage am Meer ist perfekt. Bademöglichkeit direkt am Steg vor dem Haus. Nächster Strand - 5 min. Spaziergang durch ein Wäldchen. Der Strand war kaum besucht. Am Abend sehr ruhig! Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Es gibt ein Whirlpool im Garten! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.”
