Perhaps on one of the comfortable loungers right by the pool, which is framed by pretty terracotta tiles and invites you to take long refreshment breaks with its blue mosaic tiles and steps? Perhaps at the dining table on the same level right next door or would you prefer a covered terrace right next to the house that provides shade throughout the day? In the evening, you can prepare your grilled vegetables and other delicacies on the modern gas barbecue and then serve them directly to your loved ones. This villa close to the beach therefore has all the amenities you could wish for in the outdoor area alone.

But there's more to it than that: Inside, a large living and dining room is the centrepiece of the house, and the dining area a few steps up is particularly charming. In the seating area, you can sit on a comfortable sofa and watch what's going on at home on the flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room for all travellers at the beautiful dining table and you can sit together comfortably until late in the evening if it gets too cold on the terrace in the evening. The dining room leads directly into the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with single beds and en suite bathroom as well as a guest WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom, as well as a further bathroom. A special treat: all three bathrooms have a bathtub, so you can end the day relaxing in bubbles before going to bed. The inviting beach villa Cas Nins is located between lively Palma on the one hand and posh Port d'Andratx on the other. The supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The location on the acoustically perceptible small road connects you perfectly with the surrounding towns. In Santa Ponsa, Paguera and Calvià you will find shops, weekly markets and restaurants. Your house beach on the open sea is only 2 km away, Golf Santa Ponsa only 6 km.
