Villa Las Coníferas is located in an established residential area, less than 5 minutes away from a golf course, hospitals, leisure centre, shops, and just 15 minutes from Malaga International Airport. This is a luxury property of the highest level, a pleasure for all senses and a delight for anyone wishing to stay in it for a few days.
This property is built on a plot of approximately 3,000m2, surrounded by lush green spaces and groves, mainly palm trees, olive trees, and conifers. It rises 160 meters above sea level, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Calamorro. WIFI connection is available throughout the property, as well as centralized air conditioning in all rooms.
Villa Las Coníferas consists of a main house and a guest house, both modern, functional, and of high quality, totalling an area of 300m2, plus covered parking. The layout as follows:
MAIN HOUSE (MAIN FLOOR)
Kitchen: a perfect space to unleash your culinary skills. It features a spacious countertop with 2 ceramic cooktops. Among the existing appliances are an oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware, and cutlery. It's worth noting that all appliances are of top quality and in perfect working order.
Living room: a spacious area with a 3-seater sofa, 2 individual puff seats, and a central 2-seater. You can relax watching the 55-inch Samsung Curve TV or reading a book in our cozy armchair overlooking the pool and garden. The fireplace is non functional due to Security Regulations.
Bedroom A: the master bedroom of the villa featuring a double bed, Samsung Curve TV, A/C, radiator, automatic blinds, and a relaxing armchair where you can unwind while enjoying views of the pool. There's a desk/work table, a mini kitchenette with a fridge, sink, kettle, and cutlery. For storing clothes, there's a large 12-door wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, sink, mirror, whirlpool bathtub, and shower.
Bedroom B: spacious bedroom overlooking the garden with a double bed, TV, A/C, radiator, and a large 5-door wardrobe. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, sink, toilet, and shower.
Hallway:hall that we find when entering the house, and that distributes us to the 2 rooms that we have in the main floor and to the living room, kitchen, as the part of the basement.
MAIN HOUSE (Lower level)
Bedroom C: spacious bedroom with garden views featuring a double bed, TV, air conditioning, radiator, and several closets for organizing clothes. There's also a small living room with TV, sofa, and a mini kitchenette with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, kettle, and utensils. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, sink, toilet, and shower., as well as a separate shower room with a toilet and sink.
GUEST HOUSE
Dining room: a perfect space to experiment with your best recipes. It features a nice countertop with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, complete kitchenware, and cutlery. All appliances are of high quality and in perfect working condition. This space is combined with a relaxation area with TV, 2-seater sofa, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom D: a spacious room with a double bed, TV, and desk, with access to a nice and functional sauna with en-suite bathroom featuring A/C, radiator, sink, toilet, and shower.
Gym with sports equipment, weights, and mats, TV, A/C, and direct access to the garden.
Bedroom E: equipped with a double bed, TV, ceiling fan, and radiator. There's a 2-door wardrobe for clothes organization. En-suite bathroom with A/C, radiator, sink, mirror, and shower.
Toilet: a shower room with a toilet and sink.
OUTDOOR AREA
There's a huge garden surrounding the entire house, offering views of the mountains and part of the Benalmádena coast. It has various relaxation areas within the terrace. Swimming pool and BBQ area.
Customers should note that the maintenance staff comes daily from Monday to Friday for garden and pool maintenance.
Surrounding the they’re 6 sun loungers available, and there's a large table for 10 diners if they wish to dine outdoors.

ADDITIONAL STUDIO APARTMENT
The house has a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, a fan, and air conditioning. It has a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has an additional patio where you can find the washing machine and laundry space.

WIFI connection is available throughout the property, as well as centralised air conditioning and private locks in all rooms.
There is also a sound system throughout the main house.
