Montegrande, mountain house in an idyllic location
A magical place, in the heart of the Ubiñas La Mesa Natural Park, surrounded by an incredible landscape. You will wake up between mountains listening to the silence of nature, you will fall in love with it. House located in a small mountain village.
It is located in La Villa de Sub (Teverga, Asturias), a small typical Asturian mountain village (1040 m), in an idyllic valley surrounded by nature, an ideal place to escape from the world, within the Natural Park "Las Ubiñas La Mesa" declared a Biosphere Reserve by Unesco.
2 Barbecues for common use for 2 houses (La Congosta and Montegrande). One near the house and the other with spectacular views about 50 metres away, at the end of our street.
In addition, in front of the house, the little ones can play in a playground with swings, picnic area, barbecue and ping-pong table.
We offer you a place with an atmosphere where you can really disconnect. Forget about the clock and the day.
Full bathroom.
Autonomous arrival: you will be able to access the accommodation at any time, from the time of arrival, using the keys that you will find in a small safe that opens with a code that we will provide you with before your arrival.
Bath and hand towels.
Hair dryer.
Complimentary soap and shampoo.
Heating on both floors.
Iron and ironing board.
Fire extinguisher.
Cleaning and hygiene products and utensils such as brooms, mops, scouring pads, floor cloth, etc.
