This beautiful cottage, built in the early 19th century, has been converted into a beautiful Villa with a swimming pool. Villa offers you complete privacy, with a fully fenced 1200 square meters land lot.Each bedroom has its own private entrance and AC. Enjoy warm summer evenings on the large terrace and the garden with barbecue while chilling at your own private pool.The public beach and town center of Kastel Luksic are in a walking distance.

Villa has a 32 square m private swimming pool, large terrace with BBQ and a large fully fenced garden. Free private parking is available for 6 cars on site.

Keep in mind that the pool is not heated so it is open only in summer months usually from 22.05-15.10 depending on the weather.

Villa Kućica is in walking distance(500m) to town center of Kaštel Lukšić and the beach. At a distance of several kilometers are Trogir and Split, with their beautiful historic centers, as well as airport and marinas.
