Das Haus liegt in der Mitte von Koserow in einer Sackgasse. Über einen baumbestandenen Dünenweg gelangt man innerhalb von weniger als 10 Minuten zum feinsandigen Strand. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ortszentrum, Fahrradverleih in fußläufiger Entfernung (ca.400 m). 



Die Ferienwohnungen liegen in zwei 2009 neu gebauten Ferienhäusern mit insgesamt 18 Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe mit 2 oder 3 Zimmern für 1-4Personen am Rande des Küstenwaldes. Die Saison 2009 ist die erste Vermietungssaison. Das Haus und die Einrichtungen sind daher absolut neuwertig und hochwertig eingerichtet. Mit unserer Erfahrung in der Vermietung von Ferienwohnungen bieten wir Ihnen einen erlebnisreichen und besonderen Urlaub in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Meer in luxuriös ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen.
