“Hübsches Ferienhaus, nette Gastgeber.
Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sollte überdacht werden. Positiv: Freundlicher Empfang Negativ: Die Entfernung zum Strand ist mit 2 km sehr kurz angeben. Eine Strecke zu Fuß dauerte 45 min.
Unsere Mail, dass die Kaffeemaschine defekt ist, wurde zwar beantwortet, aber mit dem Hinweis, dass man sich das am Samstag, also unserem Abreisetag, ansehen würde. Keine Fahrräder, wie im Prospekt angegeben, vorhanden.
Außerdem waren Strom, Wasser und Holz extra zu zahlen. hatte ich bei der Buchung übersehen. Muss bei dem Preis eigentlich inklusive sein, finden wir.”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Kopalino und dem Ferienhaus. Fahrradverleih, Kaufladen und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe , Strand und Ostsee sauber, ruhig und schön. Wer nicht so viel Luxus braucht, bekommt dafür eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Atmosphäre geboten. Positiv: Das Haus selbst wie auch das Grundstück sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und ruhig. Der Ort selbst ist sehr gemütlich , die Menschen sind sehr nett, besonders, wenn man die Kontakte in Englisch gestaltet. Der Austausch mit dem sehr netten Vermieter klappt super. Negativ: Das TV hatte nur polnische Sender, was wir aber nicht dramatisch fanden, da wir unsere Freizeit davon nicht abhängig machen. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, was wir aber auch nicht schlimm fanden, da wir eine kleine Kanne mit Filter und Papier dabei hatten.”

All the time we try to improve our place and to make the stay of our Guests the best as possible.

This year we are planning to add microwave, toaster and coffee machine to this house.

There is satellite TV so it is very strange you could find only polish channels. All FTA Astra channels should be available. We will check it! Thank you.”

“Wir haben das beste daraus gemacht und ab diese Woche über 500 euro bezahlen, das ist total überteuert! Negativ: Küche Ausstattung sehr gering und mangelhaft! Sauberkeit naja! Wir waren 3 Personen und das war schon genug, nie für 4 bis 6 Personen ausgestattet Haus Ordnung nur auf Englisch?”

“Thank you for your comments. We do our best to make our Guests feel like at home so we are quite suprised about your opinion .

The kitchen is equipped with everything what is listed in our offer. It is well maintained and regularly inspected. If you would like us to improve or add something we are open for your suggestions. Please do not expect any equipment in the kitchen which is not included in our offer.

We take a special attention when cleaning our apartments – if you found something which was not perfectly clean you should have informed us during your stay. In that case we would be able to solve the situation and inform cleaning company.

We provide good quality pictures of the house – that is true that there are steep stairs which can be problematic for small children (shown on pictures in our offer). To improve the safety of our youngest Guests there is a safety barrier available which is mounted on the top of the staircase.

We allow to rent the house for maximum 6 persons – the house is total 50m2 and well detailed in our offer so if you think that it will be not enough for you please choose other offer.

We are available at all times so please don't hesitate to inform us about problems during your stay so we will be able to help.

The house was rented for 7 days for only 210 euro.”
