Casa Enrica is a house with two apartments in the historical district of Idro/Lemprato. The house is in an enclosed interior courtyard that exudes an Italian flair. It is very quietly situated and if you like the nooks and crannies of old Italian interior courtyards, then Casa Enrica is the right place for you.

The living room opens onto the balcony with a table and chairs, from which you can look out over the interior courtyard and towards the mountains and where you can relax in the sunshine. When vines grow around the terrace railing in summer it creates a romantic atmosphere. A parking space is available. There is a roofed space for motorbikes.

The freshly renovated apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey middle house with two holiday apartments. The ground floor has a large vault-like entrance area with plenty of space for parking bicycles. The living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen is light and spacious. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. There is Wi-Fi access.

All amenities are within walking distance, just 300 metres to the beach, the playground, café or the nearest pizzeria, and a one-minute walk to a little shop for fetching morning rolls. A little promenade leads from the beach along the lake into Crone, a typical lakeside village with shops, a playground and a weekly market on Wednesdays. The surroundings around the apartment are characterised by beautiful nature, peace and quiet, a simple flair and diversity. You can go climbing, surfing, canyoning, mountain biking, motorbiking, to leisure parks, strolls around town, and especially relax.
