This holiday apartment is in a detached, very inviting house comprising two holiday apartments, which has been extensively refurbished to a high standard. The house is quietly situated, almost a little majestic, on the edge of Crone, part of Idro, with a typical lakeside village character. Owing to its elevated location, the villa affords a fabulous view of the lake, Idro and the mountains. The house is surrounded by a big garden, which is ideal for relaxing.
The final 100 metres of driveway to the house is uphill and uneven.
The apartment of around 61m² is on the upper floor of the two-storey house, to the left, and is accessed up outdoor stairs. A striking feature of this apartment is the big balcony with a fantastic view, where you can enjoy the sun until late into the evening. The balcony adjoins, through a big terrace door, the light living room with a dining space and integrated kitchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has enough space for a cot. The bathroom has a modern design, was recently renovated and is light, with a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a window, a WC and bidet, as well as a washing machine. There is a parking space on site. Motorbikes or bicycles can be stored in the garage.
You can get to the beach in about 10 minutes, as well as to the centre with a children’s playground, a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a fruit and vegetable shop, an icecream counter, a bar and various restaurants, along with a nice weekly market on Wednesdays.
